What you need to apply for each level of study.
By level of study
Certificate
Secondary school certificate or equivalent; some programmes accept intermediate level.
Diploma
Somali secondary school certificate (or equivalent) and transcript.
Bachelor's
Somali secondary school certificate (or equivalent) and transcript.
Master's
Recognised bachelor's degree and transcript; work experience for the MBA.
Documents to bring
Bring originals and copies to the admissions office of your chosen campus:
- Secondary school certificate and transcript (or degree for master's)
- National ID card or passport
- Recent passport-size photographs
- Registration fee
Programme-specific requirements
Some programmes – for example Medicine, Nursing and Engineering – may require an entrance test, interview or good grades in sciences and mathematics. Certificates from outside Somalia may need to be verified.
